Genesis 5 Principles of The Flood
1. God hates sin! 6:5-6 - Is repentance a way of life?
2. God ALWAYS does what he says he will do 6:7,18- I do not. Even when we do it, it is not with a pure motive.
3. Waiting seems to be as normal as doing, and it is often the most difficult.-When your plan does not go as you expect? waiting is as biblical as doing!
4. Faith is being up the creek w/out a paddle. -Trust God to wait out the storm
5. The Lord closed the door & only He can open it. 7:16 - do you want to make that decision...THANK GOD! (WHAT WE KNOW- The door of the Gospel is open. While the door is open, the time it is open is shortening. There is an end to Grace, for those who refuse it)
